Projects
The projects we have worked on are many and varied, however there are several key elements which clients often choose to include. Here are a few:
Community building
We help organisations build new online and in-person communities. Sometimes these are focused on a specific group or interest, such as an ERG. Sometimes they are simply a way to increase connection and belonging at work.
Here are some of the ways in which we can help:
Providing training in inclusive facilitation and hosting skills, to build internal capacity within the organisation
Supplying effective icebreakers, reflection questions, small and large group activities relevant to the desired goals
Supporting the planning and developing of a communications campaign to promote the new community, along with marketing and promotional materials

Confidential listening exercises
Confidential listening exercises
There are times when it can be helpful for people to talk in confidence to someone outside of the group or organisation.
We create space for people to share the things they need to say, whilst always taking a positive, solutions-focused approach designed to move everyone forwards, together.
These exercises can be especially effective during times of significant change, for example during a merger or change of leadership. Clients often opt to follow them with customised design workshops, where people can come together to hear what was said - using that as the basis for planning next steps.

Appreciation exercises
It's amazing what a bit of appreciation can do! We love helping people to design ways to find, listen to, recognise, celebrate and make visible the fantastic people in their organisation - including those whose contributions are often overlooked.
We provide support in designing programmes that deliver specific outcomes or gather meaningful insights. For example:
Exploring what defines a great co-worker
Discovering ways to build a more inclusive workplace
Identifying small but impactful actions that enhance feelings of appreciation and belonging
Our services include:
Collaborative programme design to align with your goals
Interviewing and training internal interviewers
Solutions-focused enquiry training
Developing creative, effective ways to celebrate and appreciate participants
Every step of the way, we ensure your initiatives are impactful, inclusive, and tailored to your organisation’s needs.

Wellbeing activities
All too often, wellbeing activities are a bolt-on to an already overly busy work day. We help organisations to design activities and interventions that focus on purpose, self-awareness and connection - and don't add to people's workload.
We also help to connect organisations with community and charitable groups for mutual benefit and learning.
A great example of this is the Amiko cards collaboration, where a global corporate sponsor chose to commission a specially branded version of the Amiko cards deck, and at the same time funded the first ever dual-language edition of the cards to help support Afghan refugees and asylum seekers arriving in the UK. This proved so successful that the cards have now been translated into a further 12 languages with support from the UK National Health Service, with distribution by the UK government.

We'll be sharing a case study very soon - as well as stories of some of our other recent projects. If you'd like us to let you know as soon as they're ready, please drop us a line on the 'Get in touch' page. We'd be delighted to do so.
