The Leadership Impact Review (LIR) is a confidential, interview-based feedback process for senior leaders. Rather than a standard survey, we speak directly with stakeholders and translate what we hear into clear behavioural patterns and practical next steps. It's developmental, not evaluative - the goal is to help a leader understand how their behaviour is coming across and what small shifts would increase trust, clarity, and effectiveness.
